Duties |
- Is responsible to the Board of Directors and have the approval of the Board for activities of this Chapter.
- Presides at all Chapter meetings and all meetings of the Board of Directors.
- Represents the Chapter at meetings of other organizations or designate an alternate to serve in the President's place.
- Appoints committee chairmen and special committees.
- Is a member, ex-officio, of all committees except the committee on nomination.
Terminates committee appointments when committees are non-functioning or when a special committee project has been completed.
- Co-signs checks.
- Communicates regularly with Regional Director.
- Submits annual Chapter Review Form (CRF) to SUNA National.

Duties |
- Has all the duties and responsibilities of a member of the Board of Directors.
- Serves as a member, ex-officio, without a vote on special committees.
- Acts as representative of the President in any delegated capacity.
- Performs the duties of the President in the absence of/or in incapacity of the President.
- Performs such other duties as may be delegated by the President.
- Assists the President and Board of Directors in defining goals/programs for the following year.
- Serves as chairperson of the By-laws Committee.

- Distributes minutes to the Board of Directors and others as directed by the President.
- Preserves correspondence, reports, and records in a permanent file.
- Sends notices of meetings to memberShip.
- Maintains a current membership roster.
